Maisonette with 3 Bedrooms – Capacity from 6 to 10 guests
The maisonette is a 240 m² house located in a complex of ten houses, in a quiet area of Perea, just 200 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the center. The complex features a beautifully landscaped park in the center.
The house has its own private parking space in front of the complex for easy parking.
On the ground floor, there are two spacious terraces. One terrace includes a dining table for 8 people and a barbecue for grilling, ideal for outdoor relaxation. The ground floor also features a large living room with a sofa, loveseat, and armchair, as well as a dining area with a table for 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, and all necessary cookware. A mini WC with a sink is also available on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and a sofa bed (accommodating 3 people) and one with a double bed (accommodating 2 people). One bedroom has a private bathroom with a WC, while the other two share an additional bathroom with a WC. The first floor also features two large terraces, one with a table for 8 people and a view of the park.
All bedrooms, as well as the living room and dining area, are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
